Starting April 1, 2019, Unison will be updating our support systems to utilize a new, more customer-friendly tool. To contact FedConnect support, please navigate to fcsupport.unisonglobal.com and register your support account. You will then be able to view important announcements, solution articles, FAQs, and check on or submit support requests.
You will also be able to contact FedConnect support using email through our updated email address: "email@example.com". Please note that "firstname.lastname@example.org" will no longer accept updates or create tickets in our support system come April 1. As always, please feel free to reach us by phone at 1.800.899.6665, option 2.
