Description 

The Department of Energy¿s (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) on behalf of the DOE, Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE), is seeking applications that illustrate the expertise, capabilities, and experience of the applicant, in the electric-sector critical infrastructure, that will lead to the formation, governance and implementation of a National Electric Sector Cyber Security Organization. This organization is envisioned as a partnership between the federal government and the electric-sector stakeholders to help protect the electric grid and enhance integration of smart grid technologies that are adequately protected against cyber attacks.
