This is a Notice of Intent to issue Funding Opportunity Announcement titled, "Fossil Energy Based Production, Storage, Transport and Utilization of Hydrogen Toward Negative Carbon Emissions. If released, the FOA will develop technologies for the production, transport, storage and utilization of fossil-based hydrogen with progress towards negative carbon emissions and goals to reinvigorate the use of the United States' vast fossil-fuel and power infrastructure for decarbonized energy and commodity production.
