My Auctions

You can use the My Auctions page to manage your list of auctions in FedConnect®. These are the auctions in which you have already registered to participate. The auctions are organized on the page to make it fast and easy for you to identify the auctions that are live—the live auctions display first in the list sorted by date and time, and the Status column displays LIVE! in big red capital letters.

Additionally, you can also easily identify canceled auctions by the word Canceled in the Status column, the Time Remaining column is blank, and each row of canceled auctions is crossed out.

  • Contracting office
  • Place of performance

[Audits] Displays an Audits link for each auction in the list. Click the link to access the Opportunity page, which enables you to search the system's audit logs for actions taken on an auction.

Sorting Your List of Auctions

There might be dozens or even hundreds of auctions listed on the My Auctions page, so the system enables you to sort your auctions based on any of the columns that display.

This is a picture of the note icon, which looks like a little pad of paper with a little pencil.

Note

The default sort order is as follows:

  • Live auctions, by close date/time
  • Pending auctions, by start date/time
  • All remaining auctions (closed and canceled), by end date/time

To sort your list of auctions based on the criterion of a specific column, click the column heading. Click once to sort the list of auctions by that criteria, in ascending (A-Z) order; click twice to sort the list of auctions by that criteria, in descending (Z-A) order.

This is a picture of the examples icon, which looks like a little green speech bubble.

Examples

If you want to sort your list of auctions based on issuing agency, beginning with Agency A and ending with Agency Z, click the Agency column heading once.

If you want to sort your list of auctions based on the status, beginning with those that are live, click the Status column heading twice.
