This is a Notice of Intent to Award, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ), NAIC Code 721110 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency plans to obtain lodging, conference rooms/break-outs and related services to accommodate 300 SES members for the June 5-7, 2016 National Executive Leadership Development Conference, to the Omni Hotel in Washington DC near the EPA Headquarters building. This is a two-day training event where the senior executive service members and senior level and scientific and professional employees of the EPA meet as a group to discuss timely issues, network among themselves and meet with the top management of the agency. NO SOLICITATION OR RFQ IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
