Opportunity: Scientific communications/writing training

Description 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking vendors interested in providing EPA personnel with training workshop on communication in writing of extremely complex scientific theories, concepts, data and analysis. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), Simplified Acquisitions/Laboratory Supplies Branch, on behalf of the EPA's National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA), under the authority of FAR Part 13 is seeking quotes for training workshops on communication in writing of extremely complex scientific theories, concepts, data and analysis. The EPA is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (inclusive of all travel costs and fees) purchase order with the option for additional classes. Preference may be given to GSA Schedule vendors; or vendors with acceptable past performance. Please review the attached SOW for the specifications requested for this quote.
