Rock Art Conservation - Three Sites BLM - Utah / Washington County. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah seeks a contractor to perform rock art conservation at three sites in Washington County Utah. The portion of the work that is reports is to be delivered to the BLM Saint George Field Office located at 345 East Riverside Dr. Saint George, UT 84790. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is L17PS00500 and it is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 01/19/2017. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 541720 Historic and Cultural Preservation Research and Development Services under which, to be a small business, a company must have $20.5 million dollars or less in average annual receipts in this category.
