Rock Art Conservation - Three Sites BLM - Utah / Washington County. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah seeks a contractor to perform rock art conservation at three sites in Washington County Utah. The portion of the work that is reports is to be delivered to the BLM Saint George Field Office located at 345 East Riverside Dr. Saint George, UT 84790. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is L17PS00500 and it is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 01/19/2017. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 541720 Historic and Cultural Preservation Research and Development Services under which, to be a small business, a company must have $20.5 million dollars or less in average annual receipts in this category. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition and any addenda to it are in the attached file regarding Clauses. The provision FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition and it and its' details are in the attached file regarding clauses. The method of source selection is given in the attached file titled ¿A04 L17xxxxxx SOW & RFQ Instructions & Evaluation Criteria Rock Art Conservation¿ All offerors must include with their quote a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items which is in the attached file referencing Clauses. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting. The FAR clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the clause are in the attached file referencing Clauses.
