Description 

The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS code to 333316 Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1000 employees. (NAICS 423410 is not allowed for supply purchases.)All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Original Solicitation: The USGS Wetland Aquatic Research Center in Lafayette, LA has a requirement for a thermal camera mated to a 3-axis stabilized gimbal for mounting and flying on a 3D Robotics (3DR) Solo quad copter. Offerors are advised to review Solicitation Section B.2. for Salient Characteristics. The contract will be firm fixed-price. Request for Quote G17PS00656 will be issued on or about 06/20/2017 with written quotes due 06/23/2017. The acquisition will be total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423410 and the size standard is 200 employees. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The purchase order will be awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest priced proposal that is technically acceptable in terms of approach/capability. Offerors are advised to review Section D.3. for Instructions to Offerors and D.4. Evaluation Factors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the government.
