QUANTUM SCAN AND QUANTUM PROCESS SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWAL AND MAINTENANCE PLAN AND ON-SITE FULL COVERAGE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR MEKEL MACH 5 Amendment 000001 Updates the descriptions in CLIN 00020, 00040, 00060, 00080, AND 00100 to replace all references to MEKEL MACH 7 with MEKEL MACH 5. In sections B.1., B.3.3., and B.5., all references to MEKEL MACH 7 are replaced with MEKEL MACH 5. The U.S. Geological Survey, The National Minerals Information Center (NMIC), Minerals Information Data Systems Group, Reston, VA has a requirement for a maintenance plan on the Mekel Mach 5 microfilm scanners as well license renewal and maintenance on the Quantum Scan and Quantum Process software for two computers IAW Performance Work Statement. The requirement is for One (1) base year period and Four (4) option year periods. Brand Name Justification is attached. Written quotes are due 04/20/2017. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811212. The size standard is $27,500,000.00. The anticipated award date of the contract is 04/21/2017. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
