Opportunity: OR SHELDON HART NWR - SEED MIX

Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide the below Q & A based on an inquiry received prior to the RFI due date. Q: Is it acceptable to substitute Thurber¿s Needlegrass for Needle and Thread? A: Needle and Thread will not work as a substitution for Thurber's Needlegrass, but please quote what you can provide. If we do not get an acceptable quote that includes all required seed, or if prices we receive are unreasonable, we may consider awarding a portion of the full requirement. If your quote is not in full conformance to our requirement, please make note of this in your submission with an explanation regarding why. Please note that this is a requirement for delivery in 2018 rather than 2017. The due date/time for quotes will not be extended.
