The work consists of the construction of a new approximately 700 square foot Isolation Room and a bid option for an approximately 1,250 SF Visitor Orientation Room, both of which would be expansions onto the existing Hatchery Building. The work includes, but is not limited to earthwork, site utilities, exterior concrete flatwork, concrete foundations and floor slabs, wood stud walls with masonry veneer, pre-engineered wood truss roof, doors and windows, interior framed partitions and finishes, plumbing, HVAC system, and electrical power and lighting systems. Project Location: Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery. Located in McLean County, North Dakota, approximately 67 miles northwest of Bismarck, North Dakota.
