JANITORIAL SERVICES SNLNWR V. C. This synopsis is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1, Portland, Oregon. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, San Luis National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Visitor Center and Headquarters (approx. 16,000 S/F) located at 7376 South Wolfsen Road, Los Banos, CA 93635 has a requirement for a performance-based janitorial services. The Contractor is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and assuring performance and effective completion of all work under this contract. The Contractor will adhere to the LEED Green Cleaning Policy established by the Complex on February 9, 2012.
