Description 

NOTICE OF INTENT The National Park Service Assateague Island National Seashore (ASIS), Berlin, MD intends to award a noncompetitive multi-year contract (base year plus four options) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Maryland Department of Natural Resources; 580 Taylor Ave FAS B4, Annapolis, MD 21401 for submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) mapping services in accordance with the attached scope of work. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories. Responsible sources may submit a technical capability statement along with business profile, which shall be considered by the agency to Contract Specialist, Ellie Delerme at ellie_delerme@nps.gov by 1:00 PM EST, August 13, 2018. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
