Description 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Foundations of Success, Inc., Bethesda, MD. This requirement is for a qualified expert consultant to communicate and develop specialized conceptual framework that document strategies for implementing the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora and monitor key wildlife trafficking threats to wildlife across the globe. This requirement is for a follow on to existing work to allow Foundation of Success to continue the capacity building frame work. Foundation of Success has extensive experience collaborating with conservation focused groups within the U.S. Government producing result chain and other tools for enhancing conservation effectiveness. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541690. The size standard is $15.00. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by 4/1/2019. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
