ASSESSMENT SERVICES The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Sharon Horne, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Statement of Work Provide a unique post-secondary assessment services for Haskell Indian Nations University¿s Records and Information Management (RIM) course series. Objectives Provide an overall assessment and future planning of the Records and Information Management program. Haskell Indian Nations University, NARA, OST, HLC, tribal entities and private businesses are dependent on the assessment reports to continue the program, provide funding, meet accreditation requirements, and student employment. Scope Complete successful assessments and future planning of the Records and Information Management program which is very dependent on the Adjunct instructor assigned to the program. The assigned instructor has all of the information required and has observed all student learning to complete the assessments and reports as required by Haskell Indian Nations University, Office of Trust Records, National Archives and Records Administration, Office of Special Trustee, and Higher Learning Commission. Tasks 3.1 Assessments Task 4.1 Report student learning on a Haskell Academic Assessment Report for 2017-2018 academic year Task 4.2 Complete the RIM program¿s plan on a Haskell Academic Assessment Plan Task 4.3 Prepare and complete a Haskell Non-Academic Assessment of the program¿s Performance Objectives and the alignment to Haskell¿s Mission Statement Task 4.4 Prepare a Haskell Non-Academic Plan for the 2017-2018 academic years Task 4.5 Create work plans for daily operations of the RIM program 3.2 Project Milestones/Completion Dates Task Number Work Milestones Projected Completion Date 4.1 Work and complete the Haskell Academic Assessment Report Week 1 after award 4.2 Work and complete the Haskell Academic Assessment Plan Week 2.5 after award 4.3 Work and complete the Haskell Non-Academic Assessment of RIM¿s Performance and Objectives and align it to Haskell¿s Mission Statement Week 3.5 after award 4.4 Work and complete the Haskell Non-Academic Plan for the 2017-2018 academic year Week 4 after award 4.5 Create work plans for daily operations of the RIM program Week 5 after award 4.1 Task 1 - Report student learning on a Haskell Assessment Report Turn in a draft of the Haskell Academic Assessment Report to the Dean of Professional Schools 4.2 Task 2 - Complete the RIM program¿s plan on a Haskell Assessment Plan Turn in a draft of the Haskell Academic Assessment Plan to the Dean of Professional Schools 4.3 Task 3 - Prepare and complete a Haskell Non-Academic Assessment of the program¿s Performance Objectives and the alignment to Haskell¿s Mission Statement Turn in a draft of the Haskell Non-Academic Assessment to the Dean of Professional Schools 4.4 Task 4 ¿ Prepare a Haskell Non-Academic Plan for the 2017-2018 academic year Turn in a draft of the Haskell Non-Academic Plan for the 2017-2018 academic years to the Dean of Professional Schools 4.5 Task 5 ¿ Create work plans for the daily operations of the RIM program Turn in a draft of the work plans to the Dean of Professional Schools Deliverable Schedule Deliverable Description Quantity/Media Date Completed 1 Haskell Academic Assessment Report Draft of report Week 1 after award 2 Haskell Academic Assessment Plan Draft of report Week 2.5 after award 3 Haskell Non-Academic Assessment of RIM¿s Performance and Objectives Draft of report Week 3.5 after award 4 Haskell Non-Academic Plan for 2017-2018 academic year Draft of report Week 4 after award 5 Work plans Draft of work plans Week 4.5 after award 6 Finalize all draft reports Final reports delivered in a three-ring binder & electronically on a USB Week 5 after award Other Unique Requirements The contractor must have experience in this program and the knowledge, skills and abilities to fully perform this contract.
