Purpose of Amendment 0005: Clarify new start date due to COVID-19 delays POP: April 20th- September 7th 2020. Base Award only The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Lifeguard Services for the Summer season of 2020 at Cape Hatteras NS at (4) beach locations. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. This project site is located on (4) beaches at Cape Hatteras National Seashore NC. Dare and Hyde Counties: Coquina Beach in South Nags Head, NC, Buxton Beach, Buxton, NC, Frisco Beach, Frisco, NC, Ocracoke Beach, Ocracoke Island, NC. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 713990 All other Amusement and recreation Industries, Size Standards in Millions of dollars The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: Provide lifeguards at (4) lifeguarded beach areas within Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
