Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Mid-Region New York Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), Staten Island, NY intends to award a noncompetitive sole source (base year plus four option years) to Bold Gold Media WBS, L.P., 1049 North Sekol Avenue, Scranton, PA 18504 to provide rental space on communication tower from radio station WWDL-FM located on West Mountain in Ranson Township, Pennsylvania to Steamtown National Historic Site for government operations and railroad excursions traveling north. The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 515112. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Interested Parties: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact.
