Please note the solicitation number changed from 140P4218R0024 to 140P4218Q0067. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HAMP UPGRADES TO HVAC SYSTEM IN STABLE NO. 1 HAMPTON NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to replace and upgrade the HVAC system in stable 1 & rehabilitate exterior LED floodlights. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible, responsive contractor submitting the lowest price quote in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between Between $25,000 and $100,000.
