MEVE - QRTS 41 HVAC THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Comfort Air Mechanical Inc. 2421 East Empire St. Cortez, CO 81321 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The intent of the National Park Service is to establish a purchase order using firm fixed prices for installing existing heating unit in crawl space. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at marcia_fox@nps.gov. All comments received before 1:00 pm MT February 19, 2018 will be considered.
