Description 

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price supply requirement for 151 Each of TriMet Universal Annual Passes located at Portland, Oregon as a single source to Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District - TriMet as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR 13.106(b). The procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. TriMet is the only source that can provide valid Universal Annual Passes for use on their transportation infrastructure. Benefits through TriMet¿s Pass Programs for Employers and their Universal Annual Pass Program are only available through TriMet. The NAICS code is 485111 and the small business size standard is $15M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by July 31, 2019 in order to be considered.
