This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation has been issued. Proposed project time line of (1) year. Commence: September 1, 2019 Expiration: August 31, 2019 Solicitation Number 140L3019Q0017 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of August 6, 2019, 2019 and close date of August 19 , 2019.
