Description 

This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Interpreted Formation Tops Well Data Subscriptions, in accordance with the FedConnect solicitation. The solicitation reference number is 140G0218R0054 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) at www.fedconnect.net. The policies contained in FAR Part 13, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition.
