SEAL AQ1 DISCRETE ANALYZER The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Seal Analytical Inc. located in Mequon, Wisconsin for buying services and support for AQI Analyzer for one year starting 02/28/2019 through 02/27/2020 plus four option years to follow, to be delivered to USGS Florida Water Science Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Davie, Florida upon receipt of the award. This is for a Base plus four option years as follows Option years are as follows: Option 1: 02/28/2020 -02/27/2021 Option 2: 02/28/2021 -02/27/2022 Option 3: 02/28/2022 -02/27/2023 Option 4: 02/28/2023 -02/27/2024. Florida WSC had to do a non-competitive requirement to SEAL Analytical Inc., because they are the exclusive manufacturer provider of parts and supplies for the AQI Discreet Analyzer Instrument purchased by them. The accurate results from this analyzer are critical to the local cooperators and researchers in understanding saltwater intrusion into the drinking water supply. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
