Opportunity: FISH HOLDING CONSTRUCTION & UPGRADES

Description 

The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center, La Crosse, WI has a requirement for renovation of the Fish Holding Area located in Building Segment C. The contractor will be required to remove and replace damaged portions of the existing formed concrete trench drains; renovate the water piping distribution system; upgrade electrical, plumbing, and compressed air systems; and refurbish the concrete slab flooring. Optional work includes installing an invasive species containment system within the Fish Holding Area. The project magnitude is between $750,000 and $1,000,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals 140G0118R0016. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the posting sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). There will be a site visit held at UMESC, 2630 Fanta Reed Road, La Crosse, WI on Friday, 04/06/2018. Proposals are due on/about 05/15/2018. The NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15.0 mil. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
