U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Falls Church, VA has a requirement for a service of conducting a facility assessment and useful life analysis of the current infrastructure for five National Fish Hatcheries. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0919Q0034. The NAICS Code is 541330 with a small business size standard of 15.0. This is a small business set aside.
