The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to F.M. K9. The requirement is for a dual purpose pre trained narcotics utility K9 and a dual purpose pre trained wildlife utility K9. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 112990 and the size standard is $0.75 million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by 09/06/2019 to Jennifer Smith at Jennifer_Smith@fws.gov. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
