Description 

Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for survey protocol documentation and data management support for USFWS Region 8 (Pacific Southwest Region). The anticipated performance period is from 10/1/2018 through 9/30/2020. The performance period includes a one-year Base period and 1 one-year option period (if exercised). This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99.
