The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Acquisition Operations Branch, is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this Notice is to announce the government¿s intent to issue a sole source contract with Information Handling Services (IHS), 15 Inverness Way E. BSEE requires information retrieval and electronic access to documents incorporated by reference and inter-filed within the regulations found in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 30, 203, and 250 through 282, for managing mineral resources offshore of the outer continental shelf (OCS) of the United States. Essential domestic and international oil and gas standards not currently incorporated by reference in the CFRs but necessary to review applications, conduct incident investigations, review new technologies, and consider for possible incorporation in the regulations are also included.
