Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes once per week refuse collection in Jamestown, ND using Western Area Power Administration Owned Containers. See attached SOW for details. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 562111 and the Size Standard is $38.5 Million. This solicitation closes on 12/18/2014 at 0800 CST.
