Opportunity: Cable Installation, Removal, and Support Services

Description 

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation – to establish a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the services of a qualified contractor to provide cable installation, removal, and support within the Social Security Administration (SSA) occupied buildings in the vicinity of Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The period of performance for this contract includes a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods and the option to extend services for an additional six months for a maximum 66-month period of performance.
