Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are hereby requested. The subject solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Research Triangle Park Procurement Operations Division (RTPPOD) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519 sized standard of $27.5M. The subject requirement being solicited is for Annual Software Maintenance Renewal for Commonspot Softwares unlimited use license (Item CSI) with a Re-instatement Fee and Period of Performance of July 8, 2015 thru May 17, 2016; with two (2) one year Option Periods for years 2016 thru 2017, and 2017 thru 2018.
