National Executive Leadership Development Conference is a two-day training for 350 participants will attend this event. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD. THIS IS NOT AN RFQ. NAICS: 721110. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Headquarters Procurement Operation Division intends to award a fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Office of Administration and Resource Management, Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington DC. The purpose of this award is to secure conference space for 325 participants including breakout rooms, AM/PM refreshments and audio visual equipment for the EPA National Executive Leadership Development Conference scheduled to be held January 29-30, 2018. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA¿s requirements as stated herein may submit a response within 7 calendar days of date of this announcement by 12:00 noon ET.
