ZION FLEET REPLACEMENT-SHORT TERM LEASE Notice of Intent to Sole Source on file per FAR 6.302-1 Requirement: ZION Shuttle Fleet Equipment Lease Proterra Inc manufactures electric buses with configuration identified by Zion National Park as beneficial brand name equipment to use for the shuttle fleet transporting visitors. The electric buses are considered innovative equipment. This is a Notice of Intent for a Sole Source Award to Proterra Inc, for a firm fixed price contract to lease one electric bus for 3 months. The estimated cost is $30,000, which is for a 3 month lease and includes the leasing cost of 1 bus plus portable charging equipment.
