SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition under NAICS code 238350 with a Small Business Size Standard $15.0 M for an upcoming construction requirement at William Howard Taft NHS in Cincinnati, OH. Project Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to include the following: repair or replace in kind damaged exterior wood surfaces and features such as but not limited to; window frames, sashes, shutters, fascia, soffits, molding / trim, lattice, ornate molding (Bargeboard), door frames and remove and replace damage siding on the Widow¿s Walk. Re-glaze exterior windows, strip, repair as necessary and repaint cast wrought iron railing on Widow¿s Walk, and repair and repoint mortar seams in damaged areas. Prime as necessary repaired areas and repaint the William Howard Taft Home to match existing colors and designs. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
