WEST TRAIL CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price construction contract for West Creek Trail Culvert Replacement located within the vicinity of Medford district area of responsibility.
