Amendment 00001 is issued to repost requirement. Please be sure to provide ALL that is required per the Basis of Award. The estimated price range is less than $10,000. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of services to remove existing ceramic tile and install a floating wood laminate floor. This solicitation is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330 Flooring Contractors. The Size Standard is $15.0 millions of dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitations document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached.
