Opportunity: CA-SAN DIEGO BAY-CROSS-PROJECT EVALUATION

Description 

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2- Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Contracting Office in Portland, Oregon intends to issue a single source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 to James Marshall Consulting in the estimated amount of $50,000.00 to provide the following services for San Diego Bay NWR in Chula Vista, CA 91910: Provide cross-project evaluation, summary reports and partner summary for the SoCal Urban Wildlife Refuge Project. Continuation of in-progress study by the same consultant is vital for data integrity. A solicitation is expected to be issued to James Marshall Consulting on or around 08/28/2019. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the proposed services as furnished by All Phase can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability and specifications. The following information must be included: Company Name and Address, Business Size and Socioeconomic Categories, Point of Contact, and DUNS Number.
