Description 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Government of Canada, Canadian Wildlife Service (CWS), Québec, Québec. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service¿s Division of Migratory Bird Management seeks statistically valid estimates of the annual abundance of breeding waterfowl inhabiting the central Interior Plateau of central British Columbia. The Canadian Wildlife Service is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity and cost-sharing ability. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 924120. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by 6/4/2019. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
