Opportunity: Relief Pilot Services in Support of the Twin Otter

Description 

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain two or more on-call contract pilots to operate United States Department of the Interior (DOI) owned aircraft for the Bureau of Land Management at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho. Aircraft to be piloted is a deHavilland, DHC-6-300 (Twin Otter). Mission includes but is not limited to point to point transportation (off airport) and interagency fire support. BLM intent is for the contract pilot to provide relief services for the agency Twin Otter pilot, piloting a DOI-owned aircraft. In the case the agency pilot is not available, it would be beneficial to have the ability to extend the 60 days of expected need.
