The Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92 effective 19 December 2016. d. This is a Sole Source acquisition (see attached Sole Source Determination): the primary NAICS Code is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a Size Standard of 1,000 employees. e.
