Description 

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract for the Socorro Field Division Amphibious Excavator Track Sets The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition Management Division, Albuquerque Area Office issues this special notice of its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Wetland Equipment Company, Inc. (Wetland) for three (3) complete track assemblies for the Wetland pontoons installed on Reclamation's three Amphibious 330CL Caterpillar excavators. See the attached Justification and Approval and Statement of Work for more information. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. There is no solicitation package available at this time; however, all relevant solicitation documents once issued will be available by contacting the Government's primary point of contact. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
