This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02 (effective May 5, 2019). The solicitation number is 140P8519Q0021, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 332911 with an associated small business size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aide, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Quotes shall be evaluated by lowest price, technically acceptable. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for replacement valves for the El Portal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The treatment plant is located at El Portal, California. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government.
