Response: there are some issues with that system but it is not park of the statement of work for this contract. 3) Respond to question from the site visit: Programing is part of the statement of work and is listed in Section II, Summary, Paragraph Two. Amendment 0001 issued to 140P1419Q0110: 1) Add 52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of Provision) 2) Site Visit will take place on August 28, 2019 @ 10AM ET. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested herein and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2019-05, effective date 08/13/2019. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a firm fixed priced contract for proper and safe removal and disposal of up to twenty two (22) existing Climatemaster heat pumps.
