This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 140L4319Q0124 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm-fixed-price commercial items services contract for Seed Extraction and Processing, located at Horning Seed Orchard, Colton, OR as one lump sum price. The scope of work includes seed extraction and processing as well as delivery of seed to and from the Horning Seed Orchard. The performance period is from date of award through May 1, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 published September 10, 2019.
