This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L0319Q0001 is issued with an open date of February 20, 2019 and close date of March 7, 2019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-01. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 332618 and a size standard of 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Albuquerque District Office, through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for materials for the construction of a security fence in accordance with attached specifications, bid schedule, site map and evaluation criteria. Delivery of materials shall be made to the Cuba Administrative site, Cuba, New Mexico. The awarded contractor shall be within a 100-mile radius of Cuba, New Mexico. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable.
