PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF A DI WATER SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes will be accepted via e-mail at capplegate@usgs.gov or FAX to (206) 526-6654. Quotes submitted through FedBizOps or FedConnect will not be considered. The solicitation number is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140G0319Q0009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, Effective 26 October 2018. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 221310; Water Supply and Irrigation Systems; Size Standard = $27,500,000. Description of Service: The USGS - Western Fisheries Research Center; Seattle, WA requires a Preventative Maintenance Agreement as described in the Performance-Based Work Statement Attachment. The Period of Performance will begin 12/01/2018 and include a base year and four Option Years. In addition to a quote, as per FAR 52.212-1, offerers are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
