Amendment 0002 adds Attachment 10, Work Statement Addendum 01 Amendment 0001: answers Site Visit Questions; provides list of Site Visitors; adds Attachment 5, Site Pictures; adds Attachments 6 and 7, Partial Building Plans; adds Attachment 8, Questions and Answers 01 through 11; adds Attachment 9, Site Visitor List; and extends the solicitation end date to 08/27/2019. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) San Juan Magnetic Observatory, Cayey, PR has a requirement for the restoration of six buildings in accordance with the attached work statement. The solicitation number is 140G0219R0033 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with the associated NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a small business size standard of $36.50M. A Site Visit/Tour has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 0900 local time. Vendors interested in attending the Site Visit shall notify Lillian Costa, lillian.costa@sagc.net and Cc Don Downey, ddowney@usgs.gov and Mark Nelson mdnelson@usgs.gov by email, by not later than 1200 noon on the workday prior to the site visit. The email message shall include: the firm's name, address, and website; and, each visitor's name, email address and phone number. Each visitor must have a government-issued, picture ID such as a driver's license.
