The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing Amendment 02 to Request for Proposal (RFP) 140F0219R0023. This requirement is for labor and materials to install government and contractor furnished pond liners to include necessary regrading of pond bottom and side slopes at the Southwestern Native Aquatic Resources & Recovery Center in Chavez County, New Mexico.
