The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing Amendment 01 to Request for Proposal (RFP) 140F0219R0022. This requirement is to repair and chip seal 2.15 miles of bike trail at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Chaves County near Roswell, New Mexico.
