Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Procurement Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Hagerman NFH The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures, for a requirement for Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act Project Management to: GeoEngineers, LLC DUNS #018982918, 600 Stewart St, Ste 1700, Seattle, WA 98101. The NAICS code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, the Small Business Set-Aside is $15M. This is not a small business set-aside. The period of performance for this effort will be approximately one year. This is a follow on from a site survey and assessment, which identified all of the contaminants associated form lead base paint and PCB debris removed from Hagerman NFH demolition project that were illegally dumped. (See attached sole source justification) This announcement constitutes the only notice. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the USFWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 06/21/2018, by 1200 noon (PDT) for consideration must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not be cost or time prohibitive. Responses to this posting must be submitted in writing via e-mail only. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USFWS.
